The founding members of The Obsidian Collective share a unified commitment to cultivating a community of professionals dedicated to conscious leadership, personal and career growth, and meaningful collective impact in under-resourced and limited-resource communities. Brought together by a shared vision of service, excellence, and empowerment, the founding members established the organization on four guiding pillars—Strength & Resilience, Reflection & Truth, Protection, and Beauty in Blackness. Through diverse professional backgrounds and lived experiences, they collectively embody these principles, working to create spaces where growth is intentional, leadership is accountable, and community advancement is both purposeful and enduring.
